Automotive Sales Specialist

About the role

We are a Dubai‑based automotive enterprise offering full‑cycle vehicle transaction services across the UAE. We are seeking a detail‑oriented, bilingual Automotive Sales Specialist to manage the complete sales process, connect local clients with our internal team, and help expand our market share in Dubai’s automotive retail sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end vehicle sales process, from model introduction and demand matching to negotiation, order follow‑up and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate daily sales activities, maintain accurate vehicle model materials, customer files, sales accounts, inventory updates and order progress.
• Communicate with local and overseas customers and partners in multiple languages, handle contract coordination and after‑sales follow‑up to boost repurchase and referral rates.
• Support office operations by preparing reports, sorting documents, synchronising meeting information and collaborating with Chinese‑speaking colleagues.
• Gather market feedback, monitor competitor dynamics and provide frontline insights for sales‑strategy optimisation.

Required profile

• Fluent English with professional proficiency in Arabic and Mandarin Chinese (highly preferred).
• Proven track record in automotive sales and thorough knowledge of the full vehicle sales workflow.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service orientation, able to build lasting relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• High sense of ownership, accountability and ability to balance frontline sales with routine administrative tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Detail‑oriented, patient and service‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting, database management and documentation.
