Avaloq Consultant – Wealth & Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Techno‑Functional Avaloq Consultant to join our Wealth & Asset Management team in Dubai. The role bridges business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions using the Avaloq Banking Suite.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with portfolio managers, operations, compliance and finance teams to gather and validate business requirements.
• Document and align workflows for portfolio management, trading, settlement, corporate actions and reporting.
• Configure and parameterise Avaloq modules to meet Wealth & Asset Management needs.
• Coordinate integration projects with external systems via APIs, FIX and SWIFT messaging.
• Lead UAT, training and change‑management activities to ensure smooth adoption.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• 12+ years of techno‑functional experience with Avaloq Banking Suite in Wealth & Asset Management.
• Strong functional knowledge of portfolio accounting, fund administration, reconciliation and regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and manage stakeholders.

Required skills

• Avaloq parameterisation, APL scripting and PL/SQL.
• Oracle database knowledge.
• API integration, FIX protocol and SWIFT messaging.
