B2B Sales Representative – EU/US Markets (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales Representative to drive new‑business sales of our print‑on‑demand solutions to eCommerce merchants across Europe and the United States. Based in Dubai, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and hand‑over to account management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and close new B2B clients in the EU and US, focusing on high‑growth eCommerce merchants.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, qualification, discovery, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound outreach and conversion of inbound leads.
• Provide a clean handover to the account‑management team once a contract is signed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations to shape offers and closing strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience closing B2B deals in eCommerce, POD, SaaS or a similar merchant‑facing sector.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of full‑cycle sales ownership.
• Strong understanding of EU and US market expectations and buying behaviours.
• Fluent English with excellent negotiation and objection‑handling skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM system.
• Experience using AI tools to improve prospecting and outreach efficiency.
