B2B Sales Representative – EU & US Markets

About the role

Join Global POD, the Dubai subsidiary of The Customization Group, as a B2B Sales Representative focused on acquiring eCommerce merchants in Europe and the United States. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and hand over new clients to the Account Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and close new B2B eCommerce clients in EU and US markets.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound lead conversion.
• Provide a clean handover to internal teams once a client is signed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations on offers and closing strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience closing B2B deals in eCommerce, POD, SaaS or similar merchant‑facing sectors.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring and closing new clients.
• Understanding of EU and US market expectations, communication styles and buying behavior.
• Fluent English with strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills.

Required skills

• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance prospecting and outreach efficiency.
