About the role
JD.com is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive client satisfaction and business continuity across its Dubai operations. You will identify key client needs, build high‑level relationships, and design comprehensive account strategies to support JD.com’s supply‑chain and retail services.
Key responsibilities
- Customer Development & Maintenance – Identify client needs, nurture relationships, and create account management strategies.
- Solution Design – Analyse industry trends, develop tailored supply‑chain solutions, lead bidding, negotiations and ensure project execution.
- Project Operations Management – Monitor project quality, profitability and payment timelines; coordinate cross‑functional resources to resolve issues.
- Market Insights & Strategy – Gather industry trends, competitor intelligence and client feedback to produce market analysis reports.
- Team Collaboration & Empowerment – Oversee project team roles, improve efficiency through training and process improvements, and develop a talent pipeline.
