Banker – Client Portfolio Management

About the role

This full‑time Banker position is based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office presence at ADCB with occasional remote work. You will manage and grow a portfolio of individual and corporate clients, providing advisory services on a range of banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings to assess financial needs and recommend suitable accounts, deposits, loans, cards, and investment solutions.
• Monitor account activity, manage risk and ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support cross‑selling initiatives and prepare accurate documentation.
• Contribute to branch and segment performance targets through proactive client relationship management.

Required profile

• Strong customer relationship and client service skills with the ability to build long‑term trust.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, credit assessment, and basic risk evaluation.
• Good knowledge of core banking products and UAE banking regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
