Banquet Supervisor

About the role

As a Banquet Supervisor at DELANO Dubai, you will lead the delivery of exceptional banquet, private function and special event experiences, ensuring every detail reflects the luxury standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise setup, execution and breakdown of banquets, meetings and events, meeting specifications and luxury service standards.
• Coordinate with the Banquet Manager, kitchen, bar and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor food and beverage service, table settings and venue presentation throughout each function.
• Oversee inventory, equipment handling, storage and replenishment while minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in banquet operations within a luxury hotel or high‑end venue, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation skills, able to create a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for guest and colleague interaction.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Operational knowledge of banquet setups, function sheets and F&B service standards.
• Ability to manage inventory, equipment and supplies efficiently.
