Bar Manager – High-End Venue in Dubai

About the role

Sirene by GAIA is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar team at its J1, Dubai venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑end beverage service and ensuring smooth bar operations in a fast‑paced, VIP‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day bar operations, ensuring service standards are met.
• Manage stock control and beverage cost management to optimise profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high‑end hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and overall beverage service.
• Leadership and team‑management abilities with excellent guest‑service skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
