About the role
Join the hospitality team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi as a Bar Supervisor for the pool and bar area, delivering memorable experiences and ensuring smooth bar operations.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively enhancing their experience.
- Supervise and oversee all bar activities, keeping stations stocked, organized, and operating to standards.
- Prepare beverages for service, process transactions, and coordinate between bar and service teams.
- Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, providing guidance to maintain high performance.
- Manage guest concerns, including handling intoxicated guests with care and respect.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
