About the role
Join the hospitality team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi as a Bar Supervisor for the pool and bar area. You will lead daily bar operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the high standards of service that define our brand.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an upbeat, friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively enhance their experience.
- Supervise and oversee all bar activities, keeping stations stocked, organized, and operating according to standards.
- Prepare beverages for service, process transactions, and coordinate smoothly between bar and service teams.
- Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, providing guidance to maintain high performance.
- Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care, ensuring a safe environment.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and maintain a safe environment.
