Night Manager - Front Office

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which brings together more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a Night Manager for its Front Office. The role oversees all front office activity during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Front Office activities during the night shift.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor room availability, room assignments and occupancy levels.
• Handle all guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Engineering and other departments.
• Ensure proper shift handover and communicate with the morning team.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Previous experience as a Night Manager or Duty Manager is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong knowledge of Night Audit procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
