About the role

Meliá is seeking a passionate Barista to join the Food & Beverage team at the iconic ME Dubai hotel. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high‑quality coffee and beverage creations while delivering friendly, professional service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and service standards.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to answer guest queries and recommend beverages.
• Ensure the work area, equipment, and service stations remain clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Uphold personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene in line with hotel policies.
