About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm as a Barista, preparing high‑quality coffee and beverages while delivering warm, professional service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to hotel standards.
• Maintain coffee machines, grinders and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper operation.
• Provide friendly, attentive service, take orders accurately and suggest menu items.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Process orders and bills using the POS system and support opening/closing duties.

Required profile

• Previous barista experience, preferably in a hotel, café or restaurant.
• Passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficient in coffee preparation and espresso‑based beverage crafting.
• Ability to operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders and related equipment.
• Basic latte art skills (advantageous).
