Barista – Full‑Time at NH Collection Dubai The Palm

About the role

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a passionate, service‑oriented Barista to join its Food & Beverage team. You will craft high‑quality coffee and beverage experiences while delivering warm, professional service to hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to hotel recipes and standards.
• Maintain the coffee station, operate espresso machines, grinders and POS system, and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Take guest orders accurately, recommend drinks, and support upselling of pastries and other menu items.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Previous barista experience, preferably in a hotel, café or restaurant environment.
• Strong communication skills, friendly personality and a passion for hospitality.
• Flexible availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Coffee preparation and espresso‑based beverage expertise.
• Operation of coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders).
• Basic latte art skills (advantageous).
• Use of POS systems for order processing and billing.
