About the role
Join Marriott International as a Barista and help create memorable beverage experiences for guests. You will work in a dynamic hotel environment, staying up‑to‑date with emerging drink trends and delivering personalized service that reflects the brand’s hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks in line with brand recipes and local trends.
- Provide attentive guest service, anticipating needs and building relationships across the hotel and community.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure all equipment functions flawlessly.
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately, adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to support overall guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a coffee‑service or beverage role.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb for extended periods.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
