About the role
The Barista role at Aloft in Dubai focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through high‑quality food and beverage service. You will work as part of the Guest Service team, ensuring every interaction contributes to a unique and enjoyable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, maintain clean dining areas, and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and deliver coffee and other beverages.
- Read and verify menu information to guarantee accurate service.
- Maintain coffee equipment, ensuring beverage quality and consistency.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the shift.
- Uphold uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication standards.
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance) as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
