About the role
We are looking for a Barista to join our Guest Service team at Aloft Hotels in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering memorable food and beverage experiences, ensuring guests enjoy high‑quality service in a vibrant hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages to guests while maintaining quality standards.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to coordinate service and manage the menu.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) during shifts.
