Bartender at Maiora

About the role

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking an energetic, guest‑focused Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages while creating memorable experiences for business travellers, couples and friends.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to hotel recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and recommend beverages to support upselling.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization and readiness.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, requisitions and stock rotation.
• Process orders and bills accurately using the POS system.
• Communicate with service colleagues, kitchen and other departments.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and follow all food safety, hygiene and responsible beverage service procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing and other operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous bartender experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant or bar.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails and bar operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of spoken English.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
