About the role
Join the Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm as a Bartender, delivering exceptional beverage service and memorable guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar and service areas.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and ensure proper storage of beverages and supplies.
- Process guest orders and bills accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with service colleagues, kitchen, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Required profile
- Previous bartending experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant or bar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Good command of spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
