About the role
As a Bartender in the Coffee Lounge Bar at One&Only One Za’abeel, you will craft exceptional guest experiences by preparing specialty coffees, teas, premium champagnes, wines and signature cocktails in a sophisticated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffees and teas during daytime service.
- Serve premium champagnes, wines and signature cocktails in the evening.
- Maintain product knowledge, presentation standards and cleanliness.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized, memorable service.
Required profile
- Previous bartending experience in a luxury hotel, upscale lounge, premium café or fine‑dining venue.
- Passion for specialty coffee and beverage service with strong knowledge of coffee preparation, champagne, wines and classic cocktails.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse guests.
