About the role
Join Westin’s Bussola venue in Dubai as a bartender who goes beyond mixing drinks to craft memorable guest experiences. You will be the host of the space, ensuring the bar operates flawlessly while anticipating and delivering on guests’ evolving needs.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages while staying up‑to‑date with new trends and micro‑local offerings.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized bar environment, handling cash and inventory responsibly.
- Collaborate with hotel teams and the local community to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service.
- Perform physical duties such as standing for long periods and lifting items up to 25 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant bartending or hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform basic manual handling tasks.
