Bartender - Dubai Restaurant

About the role

Apt Resources is recruiting Bartenders for a well-established restaurant group that runs successful, award-winning restaurants in Dubai. The position is full-time and involves preparing drinks, serving guests and keeping the bar running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and plan and present the bar menu
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Nurture an excellent guest experience and comply with all food and beverage regulations

Required profile

• Proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus

• Computer literacy
• Relevant training certificate
