About the role
The Bartender (Fogueira) at Sheraton The Walk Dubai prepares and serves drinks according to established recipes, ensuring a high‑quality guest experience in a vibrant hotel bar environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare drink orders using precise measuring systems and create fresh garnishes.
- Open, issue, and serve wine and champagne bottles while maintaining bar cleanliness and organization.
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies; transport and set up bar supplies.
- Process all payment methods, count cash at shift end, complete cashier reports, and secure receipts.
- Secure liquor, beer, wine storage areas and perform closing duties.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant bartending experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and work in confined or elevated spaces.
Required skills
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and measuring techniques.
- Proficiency in handling cash, credit transactions, and cashier reporting.
- Understanding of safety, security, and hygiene policies.
