Bartender – Hotel Bar Service

About the role

AccorHotel’s Novotel World Trade Centre in Dubai is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver high‑standard bar service in line with the brand’s values. You will greet guests, prepare drinks, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take drink orders and serve cocktails, wine, and beer promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other hotel staff to coordinate food‑and‑beverage service.
• Participate in training, promotional events and create signature drinks.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drink preparation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of beverage types, cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and legal compliance.
• Certification in bartending or alcohol serving is an advantage.
