About the role
Join the bar team at St. Regis Abu Dhabi, delivering high‑quality beverage service to guests in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare drink orders according to recipes, including measuring, garnishing, and serving wine or champagne.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables, glassware, and related tools.
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies; transport supplies to the bar set‑up area.
- Process all payment methods, count the bank at shift end, complete cashier reports and secure receipts.
- Secure liquor, beer, wine, and storage areas; perform closing duties and follow safety policies.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and ensure a professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant bar or beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
