About the role
The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is looking for a Bartender to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers. The Bartender assists with customer and bar service at the hotel's selected beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and listen to their needs to determine beverage preferences.
- Make recommendations and take drink orders.
- Provide consistent, high-quality service at the hotel's beverage outlets.
Required profile
- Ideally a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- At least 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) standards.
- Ability to comply with HRDCH environmental management procedures.
