Bartender – Pool & Bar

About the role

Join the hospitality team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi and create memorable experiences for guests by preparing and serving high‑quality beverages at the pool bar.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively enhance their experience.
• Mix, garnish and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Maintain bar operations by stocking and organizing supplies, glassware and perishables.
• Process payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale system for cash, cards, vouchers and gift certificates.
• Monitor product quality, manage inventory and ensure freshness of beverage items.
• Address guest concerns professionally, including handling intoxicated guests safely.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

• Passion for hospitality and delivering warm, memorable guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, leadership and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work with urgency and discipline in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for payment processing.
• Inventory management and stock control for bar supplies.
