Bartender – Pool Bar & Restaurant

About the role

The Bartender will create memorable beverage experiences at the pool bar restaurant, acting as both a drink specialist and a host for guests. You will be expected to stay current with emerging trends, micro‑local offerings, and evolving guest preferences while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and non‑alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment functions flawlessly.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and deliver personalized service.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with hotel and restaurant teams to anticipate guest needs and support overall service excellence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of bartending or related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and commitment to a safe, respectful workplace.
