Bartender – Pool & Beach

About the role

Join the Hotels team in Dubai and become the face of hospitality at our pool and beach venues. As a bartender you will create memorable beverage experiences while delivering the warmth and light of exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively enhance their experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain bar operations by stocking, organizing supplies, glassware and perishables.
• Process payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale system for cash, cards, vouchers and gift certificates.
• Monitor product quality, manage inventory and ensure freshness of all beverage items.
• Address guest concerns professionally, including handling intoxicated guests safely.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
