Beauty Advisor / Retail Sales Associate – Skin Care & Cosmetics

About the role

exotiColors By MAYSARi, a UAE retail group established in 2009 with 30+ shops and kiosks, is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Retail Sales Associate) for its skin care and cosmetics stores in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, in-store sales role where you welcome customers, understand their skin care needs and recommend the right products. Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Advise customers on health and beauty and skin care products and explain product usage.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Promote new arrivals, collections and seasonal offers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep merchandise well displayed, replenished and in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Follow company policies on customer service and sales processes.

Required profile

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in health and beauty, skin care or cosmetics.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Confident communicator in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working towards monthly sales targets and able to build rapport quickly with different customers.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling and upselling.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
