About the role
The Bell Boy (Guest Arrival Expert) ensures guests have a memorable arrival and departure experience at Le Meridien Dubai. You will be the first point of contact, guiding guests through their stay and providing personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services for guest arrivals and departures.
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Share highlights of the local area to enhance guest experience.
- Move, lift, and handle luggage and objects up to 50 lb unaided, and heavier items with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
