About the role
The Bellman at SIRO One Za'abeel ensures a smooth and efficient handling of guest luggage while acting as a brand ambassador. You will greet guests warmly, assist with their belongings, and help create an immersive hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with the front office to coordinate guest arrivals and departures.
- Assist guests with luggage transport, storage, and delivery to rooms or vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, luggage storage, and entrance areas.
- Provide personalized guest information about the property, local culture, and amenities.
- Control traffic at the hotel entrance and monitor for any suspicious activity.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and willing to assist guests with their needs.
