About the role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Bellman to join the team at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai. As the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests, you will help create a warm and memorable experience that reflects the brand’s vibrant hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Manage lobby traffic, assist with luggage handling, and provide directions or information about hotel facilities.
- Act as an ambassador for the property, offering guidance and answering guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain the appearance of the lobby and bell desk area.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a 5‑star hotel environment.
- Passion for hospitality and a positive learning attitude.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
