About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests, handling everything from table setup to food delivery while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and coordinate timely service.
- Interact with guests, answer questions, and provide attentive service.
- Maintain work areas and supplies, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related hospitality experience.
