About the role

The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests, handling everything from table setup to food delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
Communicate orders with the kitchen and coordinate timely service.
Interact with guests, answer questions, and provide attentive service.
Maintain work areas and supplies, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than 1 year of related hospitality experience.
