Guest Service Experts take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meals.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and interact with guests while serving food and beverages.
- Maintain clean work areas and supplies, and manage menu information accurately.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lb unassisted (up to 50 lb with assistance) and navigate sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, reaching overhead and below the knees as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related work experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Ability to follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance.
