Bilingual Copywriter / Content Writer

About the role

The Bilingual Copywriter / Content Writer will create high‑quality Arabic and English content to support marketing and communications across the academy’s institutions, programmes and events. This role requires a versatile writer who can turn briefs and complex information into clear, compelling copy while maintaining the brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, headlines, taglines, key messages and calls‑to‑action.
• Write Arabic and English copy for social media, websites, email, advertising, brochures, publications, presentations and event materials.
• Adapt style and tone to different brands, audiences and channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to gather information and translate complex topics into engaging content.
• Produce scripts, storylines, interview questions and multimedia content as needed.
• Research, edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Manage feedback, revisions and multiple content requests within deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Arabic, English or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional copywriting or content‑writing experience.
• Strong bilingual portfolio demonstrating creativity across various formats.
• Experience in agency, government, education, corporate or multi‑brand environments is desirable.
• Understanding of UAE/GCC audiences and cultural context preferred.

• Ability to simplify complex or specialist subjects for diverse audiences.
• Strong research, interviewing and information‑gathering abilities.
• Proficiency with digital content development and collaboration tools, including responsible use of AI‑assisted tools.
