BIM Manager – Infrastructure (Utilities & Roads)

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital delivery for infrastructure projects focused on wet and dry utilities and roadway design. The role involves supporting the modelling team, coordinating BIM processes, and ensuring compliance from design through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, EIR responses, and information delivery plans in line with ISO 19650.
• Set up and manage the Common Data Environment in Autodesk Construction Cloud, including folder structures, permissions, and approval workflows.
• Define and monitor model quality standards, conduct clash detection, and perform model audits.
• Lead and mentor the infrastructure modelling team, deliver training, and act as the main BIM point of contact for clients and authorities.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and interdisciplinary model review sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience delivering infrastructure projects with BIM, adhering to ISO 19650.
• Proven ability to lead coordination meetings, manage interdisciplinary teams, and communicate technical information effectively.
