BIM Modeller – Civil Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeller with a civil engineering background to develop and maintain accurate building information models. The role involves creating parametric models, producing construction drawings and ensuring compliance with project BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update BIM models and parametric models using Revit and Trimble.
• Produce accurate construction drawings, sections, schedules and BOQs from the models.
• Ensure adherence to project BIM standards, execution plans and protocols.
• Coordinate shared file server setup and manage permissions with the Design Team IT staff.
• Support clash detection, issue resolution and design coordination activities.
• Liaise with BIM and IT managers to ensure proper software installation and operation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 1‑3 years of experience in BIM or a related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional work ethic and ability to manage priorities and meet challenging goals.
