Boutique Manager – Luxury Jewelry (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our luxury jewelry boutique in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and security.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring premium presentation and security of high‑value jewelry.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by monitoring KPIs, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Leverage an extensive client database to build strong relationships with VIP, HNW, and UHNW customers.
• Organise and execute VIP events, private appointments, and high‑value transactions.
• Provide regular sales, clienteling, and market reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Boutique or Store Manager in the luxury jewelry sector.
• Proven track record of leading and developing retail sales teams.
• Strong understanding of the luxury jewelry market and high‑end clientele.
• Existing client network and extensive client database are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
