Branch Accountant – Toyota & Lexus Showroom

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a dedicated Branch Accountant to support its Toyota and Lexus showroom and workshop operations. The role provides financial support and reporting to the Finance Business Partner for Retail, ensuring accurate revenue collection and compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage revenue collection across cash, credit card, cheque and online transfers, and ensure timely deposits.
• Supervise petty cash, cash‑and‑cheque transactions and customer cash refunds.
• Reconcile daily RTA eWallet transactions and maintain the eWallet cash float.
• Oversee accounts receivable, monitor branch AR reports and chase outstanding invoices.
• Process invoices, perform financial transactions and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support matrix managers, sales teams and sales administration with financial queries.
• Prepare financial reports, monitor costs and enforce internal control procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar accounting role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
