Brand Ambassador - Luxury Retail (Arabic & English)

About the role

Concentrix is hiring an Arabic and English-speaking Brand Ambassador for its luxury retail business unit in Dubai. The role engages with customers from top brands such as luxury retail, finance, real estate, fashion and healthcare, and involves handling requests across several channels and supporting high-net-worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound requests by phone, e-mail, mail, live chat, social channels and WhatsApp
• Curate personalized experiences for high-net-worth clients
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, using product knowledge to advise and inspire
• Exceed sales and CRM targets while building long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with the team to uphold brand standards across all touchpoints
• Support ecommerce-related enquiries for all sites in the region
• Answer basic after-sales questions

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, upscale hospitality or high-end customer service
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level); Arabic is required
• Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts
• A background in timepieces, jewelry or luxury goods is an added advantage
