Brand Marketing Associate Manager – Luxury

About the role

The Brand Marketing Associate Manager will implement the Marketing & Communications strategy for assigned luxury brands, expand brand footprint, differentiate MAF Lifestyle, nurture client relationships and generate revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with the annual marketing calendar.
• Integrate communication channels to deliver brand messages effectively.
• Implement in‑store campaigns and ensure smooth roll‑out.
• Build advertising and promotional plans to drive offline and online traffic and sales.
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal utilization.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards and Majid Al Futtaim communication guidelines.
• Develop deep understanding of brand values, customer profiles and behaviors.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury retail furniture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or equivalent.

Required skills

• Analytical skills to forecast trends and challenges.
• Knowledge of latest marketing technologies and methodologies.
