Business Analyst – Strategy & Transformation (Full‑Time)

FTI Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Strategy & Transformation team in Dubai. You will work side‑by‑side with senior consultants, tackling complex business environments, performing in‑depth analysis and delivering insights that shape strategic decisions for leading organisations. The program offers mentorship, training and networking opportunities to accelerate your consulting career.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to support client projects.
• Synthesise findings into clear presentations, reports and client deliverables.
• Participate actively in client meetings and internal team sessions.
• Assist senior team members with project planning, coordination and implementation activities.
• Contribute to business development and intellectual capital creation for the firm.

Required profile

• Actively pursuing a full‑time bachelor’s degree or a master’s program with graduation between June 2026 and June 2027 and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to travel to client sites and FTI Consulting offices as required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a logical and curious mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to add value in an international setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
