Business Compliance Manager – Crypto

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to join its Crypto team in Dubai. In this hands‑on position you will act as the first‑line compliance partner for crypto product development, ensuring that new features are launched in line with regulatory requirements and consumer protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Technology and Growth teams to provide regulatory guidance on crypto and consumer‑finance rules, including financial promotions and market‑specific requirements.
• Oversee compliance for yield, DeFi and derivative crypto products, shaping the relevant governance frameworks.
• Support new product approvals, launch planning and market roll‑outs for crypto features.
• Review and approve customer communications, marketing materials and promotional content.
• Own post‑launch product reviews, documenting regulatory decisions and ensuring they remain defensible.
• Translate evolving regulations into clear, product‑ready requirements and actionable road‑maps.
• Conduct horizon‑scanning, monitor key risk indicators, fair‑value metrics and customer sentiment as part of ongoing compliance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within a financial institution, investment firm or crypto exchange.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulations in a fast‑moving digital environment.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to embed compliance early in the development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of crypto‑related products such as DeFi, yield services and derivatives.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of crypto‑specific regulatory frameworks and consumer‑protection laws.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing compliance documentation, policies and customer communications.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, horizon‑scanning and develop key risk indicators.
