Business Consultant & Sales Executive

About the role

Cluster Corporate Services is seeking a Business Consultant cum Sales Executive to join its Dubai team. You will combine advisory expertise with proactive sales activities, helping clients set up and optimise their businesses while driving new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on business setup, corporate structuring and process improvement.
• Generate, qualify and manage leads through the full sales cycle, from proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of consulting services.
• Track performance against sales and consulting targets and prepare regular management reports.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and finance knowledge to interpret data and support client recommendations.
• Experience in business consulting, corporate services or professional‑services sales in Dubai or the wider region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and strong client‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
