Business Development Executive - Auto Repair Workshop

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Business Development Executive for an auto repair workshop in Dubai. The role covers client acquisition, sales and revenue generation, market research, customer support coordination and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new fleet clients, corporate accounts, insurance partners and walk-in customers, and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Promote workshop services such as mechanical and electrical repairs, diagnostics, AC servicing, body shop works, periodic maintenance and detailing, and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Develop proposals, quotations and service packages, and upsell and cross-sell services
• Study the local automotive market, monitor competitors and suggest promotions, loyalty programmes and seasonal offers
• Coordinate between customers and service advisors, follow up on satisfaction and help resolve customer grievances
• Maintain a lead database, prepare weekly and monthly business reports and track invoices, payments and contract renewals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automobile Engineering or a related field
• 1-2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the auto repair, automotive or service industry
• UAE experience is a strong advantage; immediate joiners preferred
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred)

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good understanding of automotive services and workshop operations (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
