Business Development Executive - Food & Catering

About the role

A company is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in the food and catering sector. The ideal candidate identifies business opportunities, develops client relationships and converts leads into long-term business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and catering sector.
• Generate leads, arrange client meetings and present catering services to potential customers.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate commercial terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team so that client requirements are understood and delivered.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and work towards agreed sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in the food and catering sector.
• Currently based in the UAE; a valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management.
• Proactive approach, able to work independently and build lasting client relationships.
