Business Development Executive - Interior Fit-Out

About the role

A leading interior fit-out company in Dubai working on premium commercial projects is hiring a Business Development Executive. The role is based in Dubai (field and office) and requires 2-3 years of BD/sales experience in interior fit-out within the UAE. The salary is AED 4,000-5,000 plus high incentives, commission and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors and suppliers
• Generate leads and convert them through cold calling, networking and referrals
• Prepare proposals, quotations and client presentations covering both commercial and technical aspects
• Target monthly sales goals

Required profile

• Mandatory: 2-3 years of BD/sales in interior fit-out in Dubai, with UAE experience
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and a client network across corporate offices, retail, F&B, commercial and hospitality fit-outs
• Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; English is mandatory, Arabic is an added advantage
• Valid UAE driving licence and own or transferable visa preferred

Required skills

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is mandatory
• AutoCAD and CRM are an added advantage
• Background in interior fit-out companies in the UAE is a top priority; construction, MEP, civil finishing, furniture, joinery or building materials with fit-out exposure is also preferred
