Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive drives sustainable business growth by generating qualified leads, building referral networks, establishing strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities that increase patient acquisition and service use. The role represents the organization professionally to healthcare professionals, educational institutes, corporates, insurers and community organizations, while upholding high standards of ethics and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run business development initiatives to grow patient and client acquisition, build a pipeline of qualified leads and track lead conversion performance
• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals and clinics, educational institutions, insurance companies and community organizations, and monitor referral trends
• Identify partnership opportunities, prepare proposals and coordinate referral and service agreements with management and legal representatives
• Present services and represent the organization at networking events, exhibitions and community activities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and recommend ways to improve market positioning
• Maintain records of leads, referrals and meetings, and prepare weekly and monthly activity and performance reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field
• 2+ years of business development, healthcare marketing, sales, partnership development or referral management experience; healthcare, rehabilitation, therapy, hospital or clinic experience preferred
• An existing network in the UAE healthcare, education or corporate sectors is an advantage
• Fluent English and fluent Arabic
